IHG Global Loyalty Week at Jackson Hotel Management

Loyal hotel guests deserve more than points, they deserve to feel genuinely valued every time they walk through our doors.

This week is IHG Hotels & Resorts' Global Loyalty Week and at Jackson Hotel Management we're all in. I'm on property today at our Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center, where I hand-wrote personal notes to each of our arriving IHG One Rewards members. 

Our leaders at the Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center (Staunton, VA) and Holiday Inn Express Ocean City - Northside (Ocean City, Maryland) have surprises lined up all week to recognize and celebrate our hotel teams that show up for their guests every day, and the guests who trust us with their travel, trip after trip.

We've built this company on the belief that when you take care of your team, your team takes care of your guests. Weeks like this are proof of that in action.
