According to their website, the goal of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Living Wage Certification program is to "promote a living wage throughout Harrisonburg-Rockingham to foster the health, vitality, and livability of our community". "Helping all workers achieve a living wage is a common responsibility across the entire hotel industry and amongst the business community of Harrisonburg.
