The public area renovations began this week at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ocean City in Ocean City, MD. The lobby, breakfast area, and great room flooring upgrades are in progress; as are the upgrades to the front desk and lobby convenience store. It is a small first step in a big "Formula Blue" project, but we are excited for our guests to see and experience all the changes we have in store for them.

I serve on the RAB for Region 4 of CHOC, as well as the Rising Stars Advisory Board for Choice Hotels in 2020. We had a chance to connect and share best practices with members of both groups at the recent event in Atlanta. |
